Navin 40 new hatches

Our barge Navin 40 is equipped with new aluminum hatches this month. Aluminum hatches are compared to steel hatches extremely light, therefore opening and closing the hatches is a lot easier.
The hatches are quite user friendly and at the same time sustainable. Because the hatches don't weight a lot, there is a chance that they fly off. To prevent this from happening we equipped the aluminum hatches with special wind hooks which you can see at the left side at the picture above.
